Dan Burton
Indiana Representative Dan Burton criticised President Clinton during the Lewinsky scandal, as well as fellow Republican Robert Packwood (more on him here), saying, "No one, regardless of what party they serve, no one, regardless of what branch of government they serve, should be allowed to get away with these alleged sexual improprieties." However, after finding out Vanity Fair had been investigating his past for an article, Barton publicly admitted in September 1998 that he had fathered a child through an affair with a former state employee in 1983. He remains in office as of 2012.
